1.
Open a new 900x700px transparent image
Original colors: Foreground: #023a42 / Background: #7798a0



2.
Prepare a Linear gradient

Paint the image with this gradient

3.
Effects / plugins / unlimited 2 / Paper Texture / Filter Paper

Copy the misted tube [KamilTube2888-BG] and paste it as a new layer

4.
Copy the [shape_mabel] tube and paste it as a new layer
Effects / Reflection Effects / Rotating Mirror

5.
Effects / Image Effects / Seamless Tiling - preset side by side

Effects / Image Effects / seamless Tiling - default

6.
Effects / Plugins / Carolaine and Sensibility / CS_Texture

Effects / Edge Effects / Enhance More

7.
Copy the tube [KamilTube-2890] and paste it as a new layer
Image / Resize: 90% - all layers unchecked

8.
Position according to the template
Merge visible

9.
Effects / plugins / AAA Frame / foto Frame

Repeat Photo Frame

10.
Image / Add borders / 2px / white
Image / Add borders / 40px / any color

11.
Select this 40px border with the Magic Wand (tolerance/feather=0)
Paint with the gradient

12.
Effects / Texture Effects / Blinds - color: white

Effects / 3D Effects / inner Bevel

Select none

13.
Image / Add borders / 2px / white
Copy the [pocket-mabel] tube and paste it as a new layer

14.
Position according to the template
Copy the text [text_mabel] and paste it as a new layer

Position according to the template

16.
Place the signatures
Merge all
Save as jpeg
