1.
Original colors

Open a new 900x600px transparent image

2.
Prepare this Radial gradient

Paint the image with this gradient

3.
Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur=40

Effects / Plugins / unlimited 2 / BKG Designer sf10 I / Cirquelate

4.
Effects / Plugins / BKG Designer sf10 II / Diamonds

Effects / plugins / Unlimited 2 / BKG Designer sf10 II / Hinzeberg's Mirror 01

5.
Add a new layer
Paint with the background color

6.
Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image/ Mask [1250181584_nikita_masques] - INVERT MARked

Effects / Edge Effects / Enhance
Merge Group

7.
Drop shadow: 0 0 60 20 black
Effects / Image Effects / Seamless Tiling - default

8.
Layers / Properties / Blend Mode: Screen or another of your choice
Copy the [Asa.-decoelement] tube and paste it as a new layer
N.T.: you can color it according to your colors

Image / Resize: 90% - all layers unchecked
Effects / Plugins / Flaming Pear / Flexify2

10.
Effects / Texture effects / Blinds - color:black

Copy the tube character [Tube.-Tatayoyodu-56-_ ZVvOAiSMml_kc] and paste it as a new layer

11.
Make any adjustments you think are necessary (resize/position/Drop shadow etc)
Copy the tube [Asa.-decoflor.-ER0n5t] and paste it as a new layer
N.T.: you can colorize according to your colors

12.
Resize according to your image
Copy the tube [0_9636c_3e9fbf64_orig] and paste it as a new layer

13.
Make a border of your choice
Resize if necessary

14.
Place the signatures
Merge All
Save as jpeg
