Observations:
> Open the material / duplicate (Shift+D) / Close the Originals
> Change the layers blend mode to match your colors.
> In the antique versions of PSP the horizontal mirror = mirror / vertical mirror = flip / pick tool = deformation

Open the masks in PSP and minimize

Open a new image with 950x550px
Effects / Plugins / Mura's Meister Clouds

Add a new layer
Paint with the color of the foreground
LAYERS / NEW MASK LAYER / FROM IMAGE / MASK [DEFIMASQUES_18]

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen
Merge Group
Add New Layer
Paint with color 3
Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image / Mask [0_D3383_6DF9A17A_L]

Merge Group
Layers / Properties / Opatity = 70%
Activate Selection Tool and get around the mask rectangle to select
Add New Layer
Copie [Paysage 4136-Luzcristina] and paste as New Layer
With the Move tool position on top of the selection
Selections / Invert
Press Delete on the keyboard
Copy the tube [nuage] and paste it as new layer
Position in the selection, high on the landscape
Layers / Properties / Opacity = 40%
Adjust / Softness / Soften
SELECT NONE
MERGE VISIBLE
Image / add borders / 2px / color 3
Image / add borders / 3px / white
Image / add borders / 2px / color 3
Copy (will be in memory)
SELECT ALL
Image / add borders / 40px / white
Selections / Invert
Paste in the selection the image that is in memory
Selections / Promote Selection to Layer
Selections / Invert
Drop Shadow: 10 10 15 10 Black
Selections / Invert
Effects / Plugins / Graphic Plus / Cross Shadow

Adjust / Softness / Soften More
Copy the main tube and paste it as New Layer
