0-For this tutorial you will need a main tube, two decorative tubes, one of
which is a star tube (optional) and a frame that is in the material. You will
also need a landscape or fractal.
1-Place the selections in the Selections folder of the psp.
2-Open the mask in the psp and minimize it.
3-Open a new transparent image with 900x700px.
4-Colors used: Foreground: #86acc4 / Background: #204062
