> Open the material / duplicate (Shift+D) / Close the Originals
> Change the layers blend mode to match your colors.
> In the antique versions of PSP the horizontal mirror = mirror / vertical mirror = flip / pick tool = deformation

Open a new transparent image with 900x700px
Used Colors: Foreground: #4f5db9 / Background: #E086E4

Prepare a linear gradient

Paint the image with this gradient
Selections / Select All

Copy and paste in the selection [CV_2008_001]
Select none

Effects / Image Effects / Seamless Tiling - Default

Adjust / Blur / Radial Blur

Add Nova Layer
Paint with the color of the background

Image / add borders / 2px / #4f5db9 (foreground)
Image / add borders / 40px / background color

Select this 40px edge with Magic Wand (Tolerance/Feather = 0)
