Open the mask on the psp and minimize
Open a new 900x600px transparent image

Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur=18

Effects / Plugins / Mehdi Sorting Tiles

Layers / Duplicate

Effects / Geometric Effects / Perspective Horiontal

Repeat with negative value

Drop shadow: 0 0 65 20 black
Effects / Distortion Effects / Wave

Activate the pick tool and configure: X=151 / Y=28

Layers / duplicate
Effects / Plugins / Unlimited 2 / BKG Designers sf10 I / Blur'em!

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

Activate the Pick Tool and set; X41 / Y=20

Remove the visibility of this layer (click on the eye)

Copy the misted tube [2106-MP(A.I.@LValella24)] and paste it as a new layer

Center the image
Layers / Properties / Opcity=80%

Return the closed layer to visibility and activate
Image / Resize: 75% - all layers unchecked
Merge Visible

Copy the tube [1-g_diszek_170] and paste it as a new layer
Activate the Pick Tool and set: X=384 / Y=475

Image / Flip / Flip Vertical

Move up a bit near the heart. See the template
Copy the [decor2] tube and paste it as a new layer (you can change the color to suit your colors)

Activate the pick tool and set X=767 / Y=161
