1.
Original colors:

Foreground: #002075 / Background: #4ba0e4
2.
Open a new transparent image measuring 1000x600px
3.
Prepare a Linear gradient

Paint the picture
4.
Effects / Plugins / unlimited 2 / VM Instant Art / Three cuts

Add a new layer
6.
Selections / Select all
7.
Copy the image [KamilTube-2282-BG] and paste it into the selection
8.
Select none
9.
Layers/Duplicate
10.
Activate the Raster 2 layer

Effects / Image Effects / Seamless Tiling - Preset [Side by Side]

Layers / Properties / blend Mode: Darken

Open the tube [KamilTube-2282] (It will work as a mask)

Return to your work

Activate the Copy of Raster 2 layer

Layers / New mask Layer / From Image / Mask - [KamilTube-2282]

Edit / Copy Special / Copy Merged (will remain in memory)

Activate the pick Tool and configure: X=165 / Y=202

Colorize according to your colors
