Original colors:

Open the mask on the psp and minimize
Open a new 900x600px transparent image
Effects / plugins / Mehdi / Wavy Lab 1.1
Colors: Background - foreground - #51d0e1 - f7cfd8


Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur=35


Effects / Plugins / Mura's Meister / pole Transform


Effects / plugins / Flaming Pear / flexify 2


Image / Mirror / Mirror Horizontal (Mirror)
Drop shadow: 0 0 60 15 black
Effects / Plugins / Carolaine and Sensibility / CS_Texture


Add new layer
Layers / Arrange / Send to Bottom
Effects / plugins / Mehdi / Wavy Lab 1.1 - same as above


Adjust / blur / Gaussian Blur=35


Remove the visibility of the top layer
Activate the bottom layer
Effects / Plugins / Unlimited 2 / VM Texture / Tile a gogo


Effects / Image Effects / Seamless Tiling - preset [side by side]


Layers / duplicate
Effects / plugins / unlimited 2 / Plugin AB 08 / Wire Meshing Unlimited


Layers / Properties / blend Mode: Multiply or another of your choice
Add a new layer
Paint with foreground color
Layers / New mask layer / From Image / Mask [yf4YpRI]

Effects / Edge Effects / Enhance
Merge Group
Layers / Properties / blend Mode: overlay
Drop shadow as before
Return to visibility and activate the top layer
Copy the tube deco [Deco stars] and paste it as a new layer
Position according to the template
Copy the tube [0_dad01_31fa6456_XL] and paste it as a new layer
Resize according to your images
Position according to the template
Copy the tube [Tube.-Tatayoyodu-56.-1eqs-n-] and paste it as a new layer
Resize according to your images
Drop shadow as before
Copy the tube [ocean (166)] and paste it as a new layer
Layers / Arrange / Bring to top
Use the Pick Tool to stretch the image to the edges, as shown in the printout

Objects / Align / Bottom
Adjust the image a little to make it look like the template
Add a border of your choice
Add signatures
Merge all
Resize if desired
Save as jpeg
