1.
Open a new transparent image measuring 900x700px
Original Colors:

Foreground: #625952 / Background: #e3d7cb


2.
Prepare a Linear gradient

Paint the image with this gradient

Selections / Select All
Copy the tube character and paste it into the selection


4.
Select none
Effects / image Effects / Seamless Tiling - Default

5.
Adjust / blur / Gaussian Blur=20

Effects / Plugins / BKG Kaleidoscope / @BluePerryPie

Repeat @BluePerryPie
Effects / Edge Effects / Enhance

Layers/Duplicate
Effects / Plugins / Italian Editors Effects / Effetto TV

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel

Copy the tube [Misae Misted 59] and paste it as a new layer
Effects / Image Effects / offset [-250/0]

Effects / Texture Effects / Mosaic-glass

Activate the Raster 1 layer
Layers/Duplicate

Adjust/Sharpness/sharpen

Activate the pick Tool and configure: X=-6 / Y=97

Drop Shadow: 1  1  100  1  preto

Copy the tube character and paste as a new layer
Image/Resize: 85% - all layers unchecked

Position to the right according to the model
Layers/ Arrange/ Move Down

Image / Add Borders / 3px / #625952
Image / Add Borders / 40px / any color
Select this 40px border with the Magic wand and paint with the gradient

Effects / Plugins / VM ToolBox / Instant Tile

Repeat Instant Tile

Image / Add Borders / 3px / #625952
Select none
Copy the tube word art and paste as a new layer

Put signatures
Merge All
Save as jpeg
