SCRIPT

1.Open a new transparent image with 900x700px
Original colors: Foreground: #0d0d0e / Background: #344b69
Prepare a Linear gradient

Paint the image with this gradient
Selections/ Select All
Copy the tube character and paste it into the selection

Select none
Effects / Image Effects / Seamless Tiling - default

Adjust / blur / Gaussian blur=15

4.
Effects / Plugins / Unlimited 2 / FF Gallery K / Magic 8

N.T.: Change the values ​​of the sliders until you reach the desired color
Layers / Properties / blend Mode=Overlay
N.T.: You can't see the difference, it's just like that
Add a new layer

Layers / Arrange / Move down
Paint with the gradient
Activate the top layer

Merge down
Adjust / One Step Photo Fix
Add a new layer

Paint with the gradient
Effects / Plugins / Unlimited 2 / VM Natural / Weave Distortion

Effects / Distortion Effects / Wave

Adjust / Brightness and Contrast / Brightness/ Contrast

Select the solid parts according to the print and delete
Select none

Repeat the Mosaic toolkit

Copy the character tube and paste it as a new layer
Position it to the left

Make any adjustments you think are necessary to the tubes (resize/Sharpen/Drop Shadow/Position)

Image / Add borders / 40px / any color
Select this 40px border with the Magic Wand (tolerance/feather=0)

Paint with the same gradient
Effects / Plugins / Graphic Plus / Cross Shadow - default

Repeat the Cross Shadow

Select none
Image / Add borders / 2px / color #6799d6

Insert the signature
