SCRIPT

1.
Open a new transparent image with 900x700px
Original colors: Foreground: #9d6c5d / background: #ffffff

Prepare a Radial gradient

Paint the image with this gradient

2.
Effects / Plugins / Simple / Blintz
Effects / Plugins / AFS Import / sqborder2

Effects / Plugins / Unlimited 2 / FF Gallery F / Border Fade 2

T.N.: the effect appears different on the image, due to different versions of PSP and the plugin

3.
Selections / select all
Selections / Modify / Contract=21

Edit/Cut (Attention! this option leaves the cropped image in memory, to be applied later)
Drop shadow: 0 0 70 45 black
Select none
Paste the image that is in memory as a new layer
Add new layer
Layers / Arrange / Move Down
Paint with the gradient

4.
Effects / Plugins / Virtual painter 4/Oil Painting/Canvas Fine

Effects / User Defined Filter / emboss 3

Activate the top layer - Raster 2

Layers / duplicate
Image / Resize: 80% - all layers unchecked

5.
Copy the tube [Femme_Fantaisie_02_Lemondedebea] and paste it as a new layer
Adjust / blur / radial blur

Effects / Image Effects / Seamless Tiling - default

Image / Resize: 60% - all layers unchecked

6.
Copy the tube [Femme_Fantaisie_02_Lemondedebea] again and paste it as a new layer
Position it to the left according to the model

7.
Copy the tube: [EMA_Misted Vlinder white_05072024] and paste it as a new layer
Image / Resize: 80%
Position it to the right according to the model

8.
Image / Add borders / 3px / white
Image / Add borders / 40px / any color
Select this 40px border with the Magic Wand (tolerance/feather=0)
In the color palette, click on the gradient, transform it into Linear using the same settings

Paint the selection with it

9.
Effects / Plugins / Graphic Plus / Cross Shadow

Selections / Modify / Contract=19

Selections / Modify / Select selection borders

Paint with white color
Select none
Image / Add borders / 3px / white

10.
Place the signatures
Merge All
Save as jpeg
