Open a new transparent image measuring 900x700px
Original colors:

Foreground: #1a7e99 / Background: #cfeff8

Prepare a Linear gradient

Paint the picture with it

Selections / Select all
Copy the tube [HHS_paper13] and paste it into the selection

Select none
Adjust/Blur/Radial Blur

Effects / User Defined Filter / Emboss 3

Effects / plugins / Unlimited 2 / FF Gallery M / Loom

Effects / User Defined Filter / Emboss 3

Effects / Plugins / Flaming Pear / Flexify 2

Add new layer
Paint with the background color

Layers / New mask layer / From Image / Mask [Silvie_Mask_Deco_Mask5G1]

Merge Group

Effects / Edge Effects / enhance More

Drop shadow: 0 0 75 45 color #008080
Repeat Drop shadow

Activate layer 1

Select the transparent part with the Magic Wand

Paint with the gradient using the colors from the beginning

Layers / Arrange / Bring to top

Repeat the Water Drop

Position according to the model
