Duplicate (shift+d) / Close the original

Effects / Reflection Effects / Kaleidoscope

Selection / Load selection from alpha channel / Selection #1

Selections / Promote selection to layer
Effects / Plugins / Eye Candy 5: Impact / Glass

Select none
Activate the Raster 1 layer

Adjust/blur/Radial Blur

Effects / Plugins / Unlimited 2 / Screeworks / Net Pattern

Activate the top layer
Layers/duplicate


7.
Activate the original layer
Effects / Image Effects / Seamlss Tiling

Effects / Reflection Effects / Rotating Mirror

Add new layer

Selections / Load selection from alpha channel / Selection #2

Color the selection with the light color

Select none
Effects / Image Effects / Seamless tiling

Repeat Seamless tiling with this configuration:

Effects / Texture Effects / Mosaic-glass

Drop shadow: 1 1 85 0
Layers / Arrange / Move down (must be right above the background layer - Raster 1)

Activate the background layer
Copy (it will remain in memory)

Image / Add borders / 3px / light color
Image / Add borders / 5px / dark color

Paste the image in memory into the selection

Put signatures
Merge All
Save as jpeg
