Open a new transparent image measuring 900x700px
Colors used in the original version

Foreground: #8457ff
Background: #eb87ff

2.
Prepare a Radial gradient

Paint the image with this gradient
Selections/Select All

3.
Copy the floral tube and paste it into the selection
Seelct none
Effects / Image Effects / Seamless Tiling - default

4.
Adjust/blur/Radial Blur

Effects / Plugins / simple / diamonds
Effects / Plugins / Mehdi / sorting tiles

5.
Effects / plugins / Unlimited 2 / VM Distortion / Smalpox

Effects / Edge Effects / Enhance More
Add new layer

6.
Paint with white color
Layers / New mask layer / From image / Mask [135_Silvie_Mask_Magic8aq]

Merge Group

7.
Effects / user defined filter / emboss 3

Activate the pick tool and configure: X=-117 / Y=69

Drop shadow: 0 0 80 5 color #8457ff

8.
Copy the tube [sphere] and paste as a new layer
Position on the mask according to the model
Layers / Properties / opacity=63%

9.
Drop shadow same as above
Minimize this image
Open the tube [Gipsy55J_Silvie_01.05.2024] on psp

Layers / Load mask from disk / Mask [20 20]

Merge Group
Image/resize: 85% - ll layers checked

Layers/duplicate
Merge Down
Copy this image

12.
Return to your work and paste it as a new layer
Position to the right according to the model
Copy the dragonfly tube and paste it as a new layer

13.
Position according to the model
Image / Add borders / 2px / color #8457ff
Copy (it will remain in memory)

14.
Image / Add borders / 40px / any color
Select this 40px border with the Magic Wand
Paste the image in memory into the selection

15.
Adjust / Blur / Radial Blur - same as above

Select none
Image/ Add Borders / 2px / color #8457ff
Copy the tube [deco-marco] and paste it as a new layer
Put your signature
Merge all
Save as jpeg
