Open a new transparent image measuring 840x500px
Color the image with the color #7ded9
Selections / Select all

2.
Copy the landscape and paste into the selection
Select none
Image/Resize: 85% - all layers unchecked

3.
Select the transparent part with the Magic Wand (tolerance/feather=0)

Selections / Modify / Select selections borders

Add a new layer

4.
Paint with white color
Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel

Select none

5.
Merge down
Effects / image Effects / seamless Tiling

Add a new layer

6.
Paint with the color #7daed9
Effects / Texture Effects / Weave

Layers / Arrange / Send to Bottom

Selections / Select All
Image / Add borders / 2px / white
Image / Add borders / 3px / #7daed9
Image / Add borders / 2px / white

8.
Selections/Invert
Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel same as above

Selections/Select All

Image / Add borders / 50px / white
Drop shadow: 0 0 66 40 #1c4060
Selections/Invert

Effects / Edge Effects / Enhance

Select none
Copy the tube deco [díszem] and paste it as a new layer

Effects / Image Effects / Offset: (-383) / 288 / transparent

Effects / Plugins / Unlimited 2 / Simple / Top Left Mirror

Copy the tube character and paste as a new layer

Effects / Image Effects / Offset:0/(-20) / transparent (if using the material tube)

Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen
Drop shadow: 0 0 66 40 black or as you prefer

Image / Add borders / 2px / white
Effects / plugins / AAA Filters / Custom / landscape

Image/Resize: 950x613px
Put your signature
Merge all
Save as jpeg
