1.
Open a new transparent image measuring 1000 x 600px
Choose a dark color for your tube for the foreground and a light color for the background
Prepare a Radial gradient

Paint the image with this gradient
Effects / plugins / Unlimited 2 / BKG Kaleidoscope / Flip SidesLsf

Effects / Plugins / Simple / Blintz
Layers/Duplicate
Effects / Plugins / Deformations / Mirror 4 cadrans (hr)

Effects / Plugins / Mura's meister / Pole Transform

Activate the pick Tool and configure: X=350 / Y=150

3.
Effects / Plugins / Toadies / Waht are you?

 

Layers / Properties / Blend Mode: multiply or another of your choice
Drop Shadow: 0 0 30 60 black
Effects / User Define Filter / Emboss 3

Copy the deco tube [006DecorbyPqnaAlice] and paste it as a new layer

4.
Activate the Pick Tool and configure: X=-70.00 / Y=1

Layers/Duplicate
Image / Mirror / Mirror Horizontal
Merge Down
Layers / Properties / Blend Mode: Soft Light or other of your choice

Effects / User Defined Filter / Emboss 3

Activate raster layer 1
Effects / Plugins / Carolaine and Sensibility/ CS-LDots

Copy the deco [Deco_lc] and paste it as a new layer
Layers / Properties / blend mode: Darken

Drop shadow: 0 0 30 60 black
Activate the Raster 2 layer
Add new layer
Paint with white color
Layers / New mask Layer / From Image / Mask [cas_mask_0518_10]

Merge Group
Layers / Properties / blend mode: Luminance (L) or another of your choice
Effects / User Defined Filter / Emboss 3
Drop Shadow: 0 0 30 60 black
Copy the tube [stamp] and paste as a new layer

8.
Activate the pick Tool and configure: X=100 / Y=270

Layers / Properties / Opacity=38%
Drop Shadow: 0 0 30 60 black
Effects / User Defined Filter / Emboss 3
Merge visible

9.
Effects / plugins / AAA Frames / Photo Frame

Copy (it will remain in memory)
Selections/Select All
Image / Add borders / symmetric marked / 50px / white
Selections/Invert

10.
Paste the image in memory into the selection
Effects / Plugins / Texture / Texturizer

Select none
Copy the tube character and paste as a new layer
Position according to the model or as you prefer

11.
Drop Shadow: 0 0 30 60 black
Copy the Wordart and paste as a new layer
Position according to the model or as you prefer
Layers / properties / Blend Mode: Luminance (L) or another of your choice
Drop shadow: 0 0 30 60 black

Copy the text and paste as a new layer
Colorize according to your colors
Position according to the model or as you prefer
Drop shadow: 0 0 30 60 black
Merge All

Put your signature
Merge all
Image / Resize: width=1000px - all layers checked
Save as jpeg
