Open a new transparent image measuring 900 x 650px

Selections / Select All

Copy [misted kamil] and paste into selection

Select none

Effects / edge Effects / Enhance

Layers/Duplicate

Note: If you saved the pattern in the folder and it doesn't work, open the psp and minimize it

Selections / Select all

Selections/Invert

Paint with the pattern [goldgradient]
